Active Treatment Thrivers' Circle The Active Treatment Thrivers’ Circle is an emotional support circle for Thrivers from the time of diagnosis through active treatment (i.e. surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy). It provides a safe and supportive place for those in this phase of their breast cancer journey to make meaningful connections with others walking a similar path. Having a circle of support and reassurance that you are not alone can make a big difference on the journey. Learning coping skills, sharing stories, and listening to and learning from others provides many benefits including supporting one’s sense of well-being. Subvención de Apoyo Rosa Cada año damos becas a personas con cáncer de mama que viven en el Condado de Yolo y que están recibiendo o recibieron recientemente tratamiento. Nuestras voluntarias pueden ayudarle con la solicitud. Necesita ayuda inmediata? Why Your Participation Matters The Reality: 1 in 8 women and 1 in approximately 700 men will face breast cancer in their lifetime, including family, friends, neighbors, employees, business owners, and customers in our community. Our Proven Impact: We're celebrating 10 years of impact this year. During this time, we've awarded over $431,000 in individual grants and hosted more than 500 workshops and support offerings, all at no cost to participants.
