About Madeleine:
Dr. Maddie Irby received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Master of Public Health from New York Medical College. She earned her Pelvic Rehab Practitioner Certification for her time and dedication to treating patients with pelvic floor dysfunction. She serves as a Clinical Instructor with the American Physical Therapy Association and a Teacher’s Assistant for Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institution and Pelvic Health Solutions. Maddie currently works at UC Davis Health in the department of physical medicine and rehabilitation therapies where she also serves as a guest lecturer for the primary care physicians and ob/gyn residents.She has experience supporting patients with a wide range of pelvic floor conditions—including pregnancy and postpartum care, complex pelvic pain, oncology and peri/post menopause. Maddie is passionate about empowering individuals to understand their health and build confidence in their well-being.Outside of work, Maddie lives in Sacramento with her husband, daughter, and two dogs. She enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, and staying active.
